Ravi Leal – Managing Director

After completing a degree from Queen Mary, University of London, Ravi worked for one of East London’s best known agents as a negotiator. In 2009, he acquired Irwin Fisher Estate Agents as this was seen as a massive opportunity to take over one of the longest established businesses in the Barking & Dagenham borough with a reputation which is and was second to none.

Ever since taking over the business, he along with his team has more or less pushed the ship safely out of these difficult times. His determination and never give in attitude has been a tremendous asset to have in such a volatile market. Ravi has his input in all the day to day running of the business.

Ravi says “ever since taking over Irwin Fisher, it has been my primary target from day one to uphold the reputation as we grow as a highly respected independent estate agent. Allan Seager – Office Manager

Allan has been at the forefront of the business since an early age of 15. He used to assist his father (Mr. Derek Seager) with the day to day dealings of the business. All along he had been picking up vital techniques and today he holds the office manager position, and why not, he has learnt from the best and is doing every justice to his position with pride and distinction.

Allan says "My aim is to help you achieve the best possible price for your property. I feel I have a responsibility to give an honest and realistic valuation and I am always happy to give you advice and tips to make your property more attractive to buyers”

Frances Glenister – Senior Sales Progresser

Frances has worked for several estate agents prior to joining Irwin Fisher as a sales progresser, gaining valuable experience along the way. She is loved by our clients for her frankness (she will always tell it like it is). Her customer service qualities and communication skills are a tremndous asset to the business.

Frances says "Having worked for several estate agents before joining Irwin Fisher I have gained vast experience in this customer focused industry. Even though sales progressing can behighly stressful at times, I am committed to providing an excellent client service whether you are buying or selling and will do my utmost to make your move as hassle free as possible. In short, I take all the stress and pressure away from you."

Jemma Buisson – Administrator

Jemma is the latest recruit to join our ever growing team; she has been a sensation ever since she took up her position as an administrator. Jemma is an extremely hard worker, very caring person and has high expectations of herself. Since joining Irwin Fisher, she has expanded her knowledge rapidly and sooner rather than later she will be knocking on the door for a promotion.

There is definitely a buzz around the office when she is around.
