Ravi Leal – Director
After completing a degree from Queen Mary, University of London, Ravi worked for one of East London’s best known agents as a negotiator. In 2009, he acquired Irwin Fisher Estate Agents as this was seen as a massive opportunity to take over one of the longest established businesses in the Barking & Dagenham borough with a reputation which is and was second to none.
Ever since taking over the business, he along with his team has more or less pushed the ship safely out of these difficult times. His determination and never give in attitude has been a tremendous asset to have in such a volatile market. Ravi has his input in all the day to day running of the business.
Ravi says “ever since taking over Irwin Fisher, it has been my primary target from day one to uphold the reputation as we grow as a highly respected independent estate agent. Also whether you are an investor or a first time buyer, you can always be assured to receive a service with a personal touch."
Frances Glenister – Senior Sales Progresser

She takes up the position of a Sales Negotiator and we are pretty certain she will do justice to the position in this demanding market place. She brings a lot of enthusiam and energy with her.
Stacy Says "Working in the estate agency business is a completely different field for me as I was retail based, but working as an apprentice here has opened up many options for my career in property. It’s not just selling houses here, I enjoy working for Irwin fisher we all have a similar work ethic and we gel well as a team”
Ellie Moore – Sales Manager
Ellie joined our ever growing team as an apprentice in February 2014; she has been a sensation ever since she took up her position as an administrator. From an office administrator role, Ellie now runs the entire property progression department, which is a very demanding role. Ellie is a fast learner and has high expectations of herself. Since joining Irwin Fisher, she has expanded her knowledge rapidly, progressed to a more senior role and at this rate, the position of an office manager is not far off.
There is definitely a buzz in the office when she is around.
Ellie says ” I have now been working at Irwin Fisher for just over a year. I have learned so much about being in this industry, I have grasped new skills and grown within my role here. The team are exceptional and such a pleasure to work with – they have really helped me come out of my shell”
